2. Orders & Product Availability

• Order Acceptance: Receiving an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason.

• Pricing & Errors: Prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or technical glitch, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and payment processed. If your payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued immediately.

• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, display, or description will be completely accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free on your monitor or device.

3. Custom & Personalized Items

• Accuracy of Customization: For products offering customization (such as custom names, numbers, or patches), you are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all customized details submitted at checkout (including spelling, capitalization, and numerical choices).

• Final Sale on Custom Goods: Custom-printed and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error made on our part.

4. Shipping, Taxes, & Import Duties

• Taxes: Sales tax (GST, PST, RST, or HST) will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on the shipping address provided, in compliance with Canadian federal and provincial tax laws.

• Delivery: Estimated shipping and delivery times provided on the Site are approximations and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processes, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control.

• International Orders: For orders shipped outside of Canada, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Any additional customs fees, tariffs, duties, or import taxes levied upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Standard (non-customized) items may be eligible for return or exchange within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and accompanied by original tags and packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is a result of a defect or an error on our part.

6. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the Site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose under Canadian federal, provincial, or international law.
